Exchange & Refund Policy

  • Miral Chikankari does not offer refunds or returns on purchased items at the moment. However, exchanges are available.
  • We do not provide exchange if you did not like the shade or the size you ordered, does not fit you. Please confirm the size with the help of size chart provided before placing your order.

Exchange Eligibility

  • An item can only be exchanged if it is found defective or if wrong size or shade is delivered. (Parcel opening uncut video required).
  • To qualify for exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange Procedure

  1. Initiate an exchange by contacting us with your order number within 2 days of delivery via Email: help@miralchikankari.com.
  2. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our address. Use a reputable courier service, as Miral Chikankari is not liable for any loss during transit.
  3. If you request a pickup service for exchange, we can arrange it (where available) for an additional INR 200 per piece.
  4. We will process and send the exchange product only after the original item has passed quality checks upon receipt.
  5. If you do not wish to order another item in exchange immediately, we will issue you a credit note of same amount, valid upto next 30 days.

Note: Only one exchange is allowed per order.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Opening Video Required: Please record an unedited video while opening your package, as this is necessary for any claim related to damaged or incorrect products.
    • Ensure the video clearly captures the unopened package to validate the condition upon receipt.
    • Packages that appear taped or partially opened before video recording may not qualify for exchange.

Refund Process for Damaged Products

  • If a refund is required, it includes the order amount and any shipping costs up to Rs. 100 if the customer has sent the item back.
  • Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned item via UPI or bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Conditions Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Dislike of fit, style, or fabric texture.
  • Minor embroidery or color variations, as each piece is traditionally hand-embroidered.
  • Small imperfections like loose thread or size variations within +/-5%.
  • Color variances up to 10-12% due to screen resolution differences.
