Order Processing Each order is crafted and processed at various locations by our skilled artisans across India. Orders are then delivered to the address provided at checkout, after complete quality check.
Missed Deliveries Our courier partners will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to us. To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including your zip code and mobile number.
Payment Methods For orders within India, we accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Net Banking, UPI, and other secure payment options, processed by trusted payment gateways.
Cancellations Once an order is placed, we are unable to process cancellation requests.
