Exchange & Refund Policy

• Miral Chikankari does not offer refunds or returns on purchased items at the moment. However, exchanges are available.
• Items can be exchanged for a different size or replaced with a product of equal or higher value.

Exchange Eligibility

• Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
• To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchange Procedure

1. Initiate an exchange by contacting us with your order number within 2 days of delivery via Email: help@miralchikankari.com.
2. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our address. Use a reputable courier service, as Miral Chikankari is not liable for any loss during transit.
3. If you request a pickup service for exchange, we can arrange it (where available) for an additional INR 200 per piece.
4. We will process and send the exchange product only after the original item has passed quality checks upon receipt.
5. If you do not wish to order another item in exchange immediately, we will issue you a credit note of same amount, valid upto next 30 days.

Note: Only one exchange is allowed per order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

• Opening Video Required: Please record an unedited video while opening your package, as this is necessary for any claim related to damaged or incorrect products.
  • Ensure the video clearly captures the unopened package to validate the condition upon receipt.
  • Packages that appear taped or partially opened before video recording may not qualify for exchange.

Refund Process for Damaged Products

• If a refund is required, it includes the order amount and any shipping costs up to Rs. 100 if the customer has sent the item back.
• Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned item via UPI or bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Conditions Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

• Dislike of fit, style, or fabric texture.
• Minor embroidery or color variations, as each piece is traditionally hand-embroidered.
• Small imperfections like loose thread or size variations within +/-5%.
• Color variances up to 10-12% due to screen resolution differences.

Domestic Shipping

1. We use reliable, registered courier partners to ensure timely & safe delivery across India.

2. Most domestic orders are delivered within 3-4 business days after they are dispatched

3. In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays beyond the usual timeframe. If your order hasn’t been shipped within the expected period, please feel free to reach out to us at help@miralchikankari.com

International Shipping

International orders are generally delivered within 20 business days. 

Shipping Charges

• India: Shipping within India is included in the product price.
• International: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Order Processing Each order is crafted and processed at various locations by our skilled artisans across India. Orders are then delivered to the address provided at checkout, after complete quality check.

Missed Deliveries Our courier partners will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to us. To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including your zip code and mobile number.

Payment Methods For orders within India, we accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Net Banking, UPI, and other secure payment options, processed by trusted payment gateways.

Cancellations Once an order is placed, we are unable to process cancellation requests.
