Exchange Policy

We understand that choosing the right size online can sometimes be tricky. If the size you ordered doesn’t fit as expected, we’ll be happy to help with a size exchange.

• 3-day exchange window: Please email us at help@miralchikankari.com within 3 days of delivery to request a size exchange.

• Size exchange only: Exchanges are available only for size-related concerns and are subject to availability of the required size and product.

• Product condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

• One exchange per order: Each order is eligible for size exchange once only.

• Subject to availability: If the requested size is unavailable, our team will guide you on the available options.

Please note: We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or preferences related to colour, fabric, design, or styling where there is no size-related issue.
