Exchange Policy
We understand that finding the right fit online can sometimes be challenging. Our exchange policy is designed to help you with genuine size-related concerns.
- Size exchanges only: Exchanges are available exclusively for size-related issues, subject to product and size availability.
- Time limit: Please email us at help@miralchikankari.com within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange. Requests received after this period may not be eligible.
- Unboxing video: A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the unopened parcel, packaging, and product is mandatory for all exchange requests.
- Product condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
- One exchange per order: Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
- Availability: All exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size and product.
Please note: We do not offer exchanges for a change of mind, colour preference, fabric preference, design preference, or fit preference unrelated to a size issue.
