Important Guidelines

• Returns and refunds are not available for change-of-mind requests, including preferences related to colour, fabric, fit, or design.

• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used after delivery may not qualify for a resolution.

• Original tags and packaging must be retained.

• A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the unopened parcel, packaging, and product is mandatory for reporting any order-related issue.

• Requests must be raised within the applicable time frame mentioned in our Exchange Policy.

• Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are subject to the specific terms of the applicable offer.
