Dispatch Policy

1. Orders are processed, packed, and prepared for dispatch within 1–4 working days of placing the order.
2. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address.
   
   

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available with an advance payment of ₹500.

1. ₹500 is payable in advance to confirm your COD order.
2.  The remaining order amount is payable at the time of delivery.

Important: If a customer refuses to accept the parcel, remains unavailable during delivery, or fails to accept the parcel after multiple delivery attempts, the actual shipping and handling charges incurred by Miral Chikankari will be deducted from the ₹500 advance payment. Any remaining balance will be credited to the customer’s account.
